In general, I work from photographs, and whenever possible, I prefer to take them. Otherwise, I will work with your photographs, or assist you or your photographers in providing me with the very best possible images.
Selection of Resource Images
Once the resource material is selected, you will determine the medium and the size
and therefore the price.
Acceptance of commission
An informal authorization to proceed is given, and a 40% non-refundable deposit is required with the balance due upon completion.
Review
As the painting approaches completion; I will ask you to participate in a "proofreading review", so that any necessary adjustments can be made to your satisfaction.
Delivery
Delivery arrangements are made in consultation with you. In general, you can expect your commission to be completed 6-8 months from the acceptance date.
