The path is an old railway line that runs along the River Dee. It passes right in front of the house where my wife grew up. I liked the idea of the path representing a path of life.  This is an original oil painting I created in 2010. I painted this as part of a series titled 100 paintings in 100 days. The subject is a single empty plaster vessel with a decorative lions head and roping. Narcissus- Oak Creek Canyon

Here is my latest auction listing. This is an original oil painting, painted in 2010. This is in Oak Creek Canyon, just outside of Sedona, Arizona. I think trees, especially the older ones, have a lot of personality. They are like old gods.
